Related information on polypropylene binders.

The configuration of binders, the materials used, the ring mechanisms available, the printing options are issues that need to be discussed and the customer be made aware of before making the final choice.

This section is here to assist in that choice and to hopefully give you as many options and permutations to have the correct binder for your presentation and image.

Polypropylene is a very hard resilient medium to use, robust, good when the use is predominantly outside or in dirty conditions, like workshops.

It is available in .6mm,.8mm.1.4mm and 1.9mm and comes in the standard range of 8 prime colours as well as a natural(clear).

Polypropylene, also known as poly prop ,can be used to make binders from the smallest of sizes up to a fabricated A1 size.

Because of the methods used to convert polypropylene it is not as versatile as a PVC binder when it comes to the added extras such as inserts , pockets and the likes on the binder you become very limited. It is best to discuss these options with one of our sales staff.

We are able to screen print, off set print and hot foil stamp the thinner grades of polypropylene, but in the .8, 1.4 and 1.9 we are unable to off set print, with the printing technology changing so rapidly it Will not be long before we will be digitally printing also.

You are able to fit all the available mechanisms onto polypropylene binders with out any difficulty.
